We all know santa as a lovely kind man and there has been a picture of evidence of santa clause smoking..!
Non Smokers around the world have been worried about the health risks of their children..! The Government are aware of this breaking situation.
One of these Victims as they say have been interveiwed and have said..
"Why should we be worried about the health risks of our children when on this special day, it is about the birth of Jesus Christ and celebrating his birthday, He would not of wanted us to worry about the safety of our children on that day and to just have a good time on this day."
Non Smokers have now been placed in a shelter Home on Christmas day because of this breaking news. The RAF have been notified about this situation and will take santa to court a few days after thenew year.
